Things to remember

Before leaving to the airport, make sure whether you have all the documents you need, in particular your passport or ID. Arrive at the airport between one to two hours in advance, as check-in and security control are time-consuming. You can get to the airport by public transport or a taxi.

Remember to remove all prohibited items from your carry-on baggage, in particular sharp-edged objects and liquids in containers over 100 ml. Place such items in your registered baggage (carried in aircraft hold). Attach a tag with your name, address & telephone number to your baggage.

Never agree to carry anything onboard or in your baggage for someone else. If you notice at the airport any baggage or pack left unattended - do not touch it! Immediately report any unattended item to the airport personnel.

Approaching a check-in desk prepare your ticket and passport (ID document) to shorten the time of check-in procedure. During security control place all metal articles, such as keys, watches, belts with large metal buckles, mobile phones, walkmans, coins, etc in a tray on the x-ray machine belt together with all your carry-on baggage. Place your overcoat and jacket in a large tray to make the security control procedure easier and quicker.
