Parking regulations

Summary of the Kiss&Fly Zone Regulations
- The zone marked Kiss&Fly is a short-stay zone. Entry to the zone is permitted only for the purpose of dropping off and/or picking up travellers, or for accessing a specific car park. Entry for any other purpose is allowed only with prior approval from the Operator. For entering the zone in violation of the above, a penalty fee of PLN 500 will be charged, and vehicles may be immobilised until the fee is paid.
- Unguarded zone. The Operator shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to a vehicle, as well as items left inside a vehicle. The above limitation does not apply to damage caused by the Operator.
- To enter the zone, you must either collect a single-entry ticket, use a subscription card, or present a reservation (QR code). When using a Kiss&Fly Subscription, the driver may use the Kiss&Fly zone under the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. When using a single-entry ticket, you have 10 minutes to leave the Kiss&Fly zone or recode the ticket and enter one of the car parks. When using a subscription card, you must enter the designated car park for subscribers within 10 minutes. When using a reservation (QR code), you have 10 minutes to enter the reserved car park. Otherwise, a fee will be charged according to the Kiss&Fly zone price list.
- Traffic signs must be obeyed in the Kiss&Fly zone.
- Terms of the Kiss&Fly zone:
- paid parking service in excess of 10 minutes. - The free 10-minute stay in the zone is limited to the first 4 entries within a 24-hour period (00:00 - 23:59). Starting from the fifth entry within a 24-hour period (00:00-23:59), a fee will be charged according to the price list.
- If a ticket is lost or damaged, an additional fee of PLN 200 will be charged, along with a parking fee based on the current price list and the entry time (recorded by the license plate).
- Payment for parking and/or lost/destroyed tickets must be made before exiting the Kiss&Fly zone at the automated pay stations.
- If you exit the zone without paying the required fee and/or engage in other actions to avoid payment, a penalty fee of PLN 1,000 will be charged for each violation, and the vehicle will be blacklisted and will not be allowed into the zone or car parks until the overdue fees are paid. For consumers, the penalty fee is PLN 500.
- In the event of non-compliance with traffic signs, marked traffic routes, or parking regulations, including blocking traffic or parking/leaving the vehicle outside designated areas, a penalty fee of PLN 500 per violation will be charged; until the fee is paid, especially in cases of significant or repeated violations, the vehicle may be blacklisted and not allowed into the zone or car parks.
- The Kiss&Fly zone staff have the authority to deny access to the Kiss&Fly zone and/or car parks to vehicles with obscured, covered or altered license plates until the actual license plate number is verified.
- Video surveillance and vehicle registration number recording are carried out within the car park area in order to ensure security and the proper billing of services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Conversations with customer service staff may be recorded for the purpose of improving service quality (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent). If you do not consent, please terminate the call. The data controller is Interparking Polska Sp. z o.o. Recordings are stored for 30 days (video surveillance) and 90 days (telephone conversations). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and object to the processing of your personal data. Summary of the Car Park Regulations
- The car park is unguarded. The Operator shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to a vehicle, as well as items left inside a vehicle. - Subscriptions entitling users to use the car parks are intended solely for the actual parking of vehicles. It is forbidden to use the subscription cards issued for these car parks for purposes other than their intended use, in particular to bypass the entry limits and fees applicable in the Kiss&Fly zone by making short-term entries into the car parks solely to drop off or pick up passengers, without leaving the vehicle parked. If IPK determines that a subscription is being used contrary to its intended purpose, IPK reserves the right to immediately deactivate the subscription card and terminate the Agreement without notice due to the fault of the Car Park User.

How to use the Kiss&Fly zone?
- Press a button on one of the four Kiss&Fly entrances and collect a ticket. Ticket collection button marked on the entrance pillar.
- Drive up to the Terminal. Drop off or pick up passengers and then go to one of the six exits. You have 10 free minutes to do so (4 trips per day). If you have exceeded the free time pay your ticket at any automatic cash register, then go to the exit.
- Insert your ticket into the exit column and leave the Kiss&Fly zone. Ticket reader marked on the exit column.
How to use parking lots P3, P4 and P5 (only entry through Kiss&Fly zone)?
- Select the parking lot you want to enter.
- Press the button on one of the four entrances to Kiss&Fly and collect a ticket. Ticket collection button marked on the entrance pillar.
- Head to the parking lot of your choice. You have 10 free minutes to do so (4 trips per day).
- At the entrance, scan the ticket you have. The barrier will open. You can enter the parking lot. Ticket reader marked on the exit pillar.
- Before going to your car, pay your ticket according to the price list at the automated ticket office.
- Drive to the exit of the parking lot in question. Scan the paid ticket. The barrier will open. Ticket reader marked on the exit column.
- Leave the parking lot and go to the main exit. Remember, when leaving the parking lot, you enter the Kiss&Fly zone. You have 10 free minutes to leave the zone.
- At the exit, use your paid ticket and leave the zone. Ticket reader marked on the exit pillar

How to use parking lots P1, P5 (direct entry bypassing Kiss&Fly), P6, P7 and P8?
- Choose the parking lot you want to enter.
- Press the button at the entrance to parking lot P6, P7 or P8 and get a ticket. The barrier will open. You can enter the parking lot. Ticket collection button marked on the entrance column.
- Before going to your car, pay the ticket according to the price list at any automated ticket office.
- Drive to the exit of the parking lot. Scan the paid ticket. Leave the parking lot. Ticket reader marked on the exit column.

How to use your reservation?
- Instructions on how to use and get to the parking lot are also included in the reservation email.
- Upon arrival at the reserved parking lot P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8 please apply the downloaded QR code (printed or downloaded to your smartphone) to the QR code reader on the entrance pillar. The reader labeled on the entry pillar. In the case of a reservation at parking lot P3, P4 or P5 (only entry through the Kiss&Fly zone), the QR code must be scanned twice - at the entrance pillar to the Kiss&Fly zone and at the parking lot selected during the reservation.
- When you return, go to the exit and scan the QR code. The reader marked on the exit pillar. In the case of reservations at the P3, P4 or P5 parking lot (only exit through the Kiss&Fly zone), the QR code must be scanned twice - at the exit pillar of the parking lot and at the Kiss&Fly zone .
- If the parking time was longer than reserved, before leaving, you must go to any automatic cash register to pay the amount by scanning the QR code and paying the fee..

Reservation can be edited as well as canceled through the link in the reservation e-mail "Manage Reservation". It is also possible to enter the reservation management through the reservation page via the link at the top of the page "Manage Reservation", where you must log in with your reservation number and email.
