As of January 2026, Dekpol Deweloper will have its central office in the first office building within Airport City Gdańsk. The company has concluded an agreement with the airport for the lease of more than 970 m² of state-of-the-art office space.

Changing our central office is more than just a matter of a new address and more space. It also evidences that Dekpol Deweloper is not only looking into the future, but is also consistently bringing its vision into life. The new location symbolises our readiness for further growth and our ambitions, which reach far beyond local market boundaries.

Piotr Tarkowski, President of the Board at Dekpol Deweloper

“Dekpol Deweloper has just joined our airport family at Airport City Gdańsk. As with Home&You or Mercor, we are additionally happy that it is yet another company from Pomerania, which contributes to building the strength of our region. At the same time, concluding the agreement with Dekpol Deweloper means that the degree of commercialisation of our ACG building has reached 100%, and we are now facing the construction of our next office building as part of the Airport City Gdańsk district.

Michał Dargacz, Airport City Gdańsk Director at the Gdańsk Airport

In 2026, the Gdańsk Airport intends to announce a tender for the contractor of the second of the planned office buildings. The Bravo building will offer approximately 16.5 thousand m² of usable area.

The overall plan includes seven office and service buildings. Ultimately, the Airport City Gdańsk project will offer more than 100 thousand m² of lease area.
The entity responsible for ACG commercialisation is JLL, a global consulting company operating within the business real estate market, with offices in over 80 countries.

The Alpha office building is currently a seat for: Solidigm from the IT sector, Home&You, Mercor S.A., a leader in the fire protection industry, and, as of January 2026, Dekpol Deweloper. It also houses MiniCity, a car rental office.

Dekpol Deweloper, the new lessee in the Alpha office building, has been implementing avant-garde projects that sets new benchmarks for the Polish real estate market. The company has been successfully creating residential and investment products in the premium and mainstream segments. The portfolio of Dekpol Deweloper includes, among others, the Sol Marina apartment complex with a four-start hotel and a private yacht marina, Granaria in Gdańsk, the quaint, nature-surrounded Pino Resort and Trimare in Pomerania, and the modern Oval Sky in Warsaw. The company is part of the Dekpol S.A. Group, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and boasting more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. The group's operations focus on three primary segments, namely, general contracting, manufacturing accessories for building machines, and developer activities, which enables comprehensive investment project implementation.
