The eighth Championships took place on 15 May 2004 in the Olivia Sports Hall in Gdansk. The team of Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport representatives clearly prevailed in the tournament.

In the quarterfinals the Gdansk team defeated the Zielona Góra airport players 6:0, and in the semi-finals it beat the Szczecin airport team 7:0. In the final match against the Rzeszów airport, Tomasz Broner proved his excellent condition by scoring three goals, and Adam Skonieczny set his seal on the match.

Tomasz Broner scored the total of 12 goals in the tournament, thereby winning the title of the best scorer (similarly to the previous year). The result of the final match seems to indicate that the victory was easier for the Gdansk team to win than in the preceding years, even though both teams failed to score in the first half. It was only the second half of the match that decided about the final resolution.

The fight of the second finalist was far more dramatic. In the semi-finals one of the favourites in the tournament - the team from the Katowice airport - was winning 2:0 with the Rzeszów airport representatives only to end the match with a tie 2:2. The game was decided by a series of penalty kicks. The players from Rzeszów proved more effective and advanced to the final.

Franciszek Budnik from Poznań was announced the man of the championships and Janusz Bułaś from Rzeszów was the best goalkeeper.

The Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport representation: Sławomir Olszewski, Radosław Podhorecki (goalkeepers), Tomasz Broner, Marek Cirkowski, Sebastian Letniowski, Tomasz Kloskowski, Piotr Kopysiewicz, Łukasz Kunowski, Sławomir Kurowski, Krzysztof Rybak, Adam Skonieczny, Andrzej Witkowski.
