A new bus line has been launched, connecting Gdynia with the Airport. Municipal Communication Board in Gdynia informs its passengers that on 17 January 2005 (Monday) a new bus line no. 510 was launched, connecting Gdynia with the Airport in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo.
Line no. 510 only runs to and from the Airport once a day. The run to the Airport has been scheduled so as to coincide with the departure of the Wizz Air flight to London, while the return run coincides with the arrival of the flight on the same route. Line no. 510 only runs on the days of Wizz Air flights to and from London.
Departure from the stop in front of the Main Railway Station: 09:35 a.m. - arrival at the Airport in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo: 10:12 a.m.
Departure from the Airport in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo: 11:30 a.m. - arrival at the stop in front of the Main Railway Station in Gdynia: 12:08 p.m. (on Thursdays: departure: 12:05 p.m., arrival: 12:43 p.m.).
Special fares are applicable on line no. 510. A ticket to the Airport is PLN 3.50 (concessionary fare - PLN 1.75), and the fare charged for the run between Gdynia city centre and the “Myśliwska" stop in Karwiny district is PLN 3.00 (concessionary fare PLN - PLN 1.50). On line no. 510, the number of passenger groups which qualify for free travel has been reduced.
