In the opinion of their specialists, who studied the passenger satisfaction, the biggest problem that the airports are currently facing is overloading. The aviation industry is experiencing a rapid increase in tourism. Global estimates show that international tourist arrivals worldwide have increased by 6%, to 1.4 billion in 2018.
