Due to current international situation and according to recommendations of the President of the Civil Aviation Office of the Republic of Poland we kindly inform that following security procedures for the passengers travelling to the United States of America, Canada, Israel and the Great Britain have been implemented in Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport:
- All passengers travelling to the United States of America, Canada, Israel and the Great Britain are supposed to pass through the manual search performed by Border Police Officers,
- No hand luggage is allowed to be taken on board.
Only these mentioned items can be taken on board by the passengers:
- Wallets and personal documents;
- Travel documents (passports and tickets);
- Keys without any electronic elements);
- Medicines necessary for the flight time;
- Glasses;
- Plastic containers for contact lenses (no bottles with disinfection solution allowed);
- Personal hygiene products (handkerchiefs, wet handkerchiefs, sanitary towels, tampons) without containers;
- Food and milk for infants and babies (passenger responsible for the child is supposed to sample a small amount of the food in the presence of the Border Police Officer).
The mentioned items are allowed to be taken on board in transparent plastic bags only!
Other goods can be transported in the registered baggage only!
