RYANAIR CELEBRATES A NEW POLISH-SPANISH ROUTE FROM GDANSK TO BARCELONA-GIRONA

Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline (Monday, 3rd May) celebrated the new Spanish route from Gdansk, Poland, starting on the 3rd May 2010 from Barcelona-Girona to Gdansk.

Speaking Ryanair UK, IRL and CEE Sales and Marketing Manager Laszlo Tamas said:

“Ryanair is delighted to open its new Spanish connection which is the 2nd one from Gdansk after Alicante was announced in 2009. The new route will allow us to bring guaranteed lowest fares, more competition and choice to even more consumers/visitors from Spain.

Both Barcelona and the Trojmiasto are beautiful cities and very famous about their international fairs and their culture and historical sites and beautiful sandy beaches nearby, which will boost tourism between the 2 cities and the regions as well”

Ryanair’s new route will operate twice (Mondays and Thursdays) a week starting on the 3rd of May 2010.
