(Press Release 2006. 03. 31.)

Wizz Air, Central and Eastern Europe's largest low fare - low cost airline today carried its three millionth passenger. Alicja Hejbowicz, travelling from Gdansk in Poland to Dortmund in Germany will receive a voucher for unlimited travel for a year on the entire Wizz Air network.

The first three million passengers were carried in a record time of less than two years since the start of operations. Wizz Air became the market leader in Central and Eastern Europe just 6 months after its first take off from Katowice in Southern Poland in May 2004 and has continued to reinforce its leadership ever since. In 2005, 1.9 million passengers were carried on Wizz Air's flights representing a threefold growth compared to 2004 and making Wizz Air one of the fastest growing airlines in Europe.

Today Wizz Air offers flights from 5 cities in Poland (Katowice, Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan and Wroclaw), Budapest (Hungary), Sofia (Bulgaria), Kaunas (Lithuania), and Zagreb (Croatia). Flights from Burgas (Bulgaria), Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Split (Croatia) will be started in May 2006. In summer 2006 Wizz Air is increasing capacity by more than 50% compared to last summer, including the launch of 23 new routes, summing up to a total of 56 routes.

Wizz Air operates a uniform fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft with 180 seats, one of the youngest in the world, of an average age of less than 3 years. To support its growth plan the airline ordered up to 24 new A320 family aircraft to be delivered between 2007 and 2010.

József Váradi, Chief Executive Officer of Wizz Air said: "It took us only 11 months to carry our first one million passengers. The next 11 months brought us two million Wizz customers. This is an incredibly fast development demonstrating the success of our fundamentally low cost business model and how people appreciate the Wizz Air brand and customer service. Our commitment to grow our established and new markets is rewarded by an ever increasing number of bookings. We are well on track to carry the 5 millionth Wizz Air passenger before the end of 2006."

Włodzimierz Machczyński, Chief Executive Officer of Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport said: "We are very happy, that the 3 millionth passenger of Wizz Air, one of the biggest airlines in this part of the world has been checked in at Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport. We hope that the lucky Wizz Air passenger is going to remember the flight on route Gdansk - Dortmund for a very long time. At the same time we would like to congratulate Wizz Air on their success and we count on the development of the airline in our region and wish them a lot of new routes from Pomerania."
