Wizz Air’s biggest price promotion in Central and Eastern Europe.

Wizz Air, Central and Eastern Europe’s largest low fare - low cost airline today announces that it would put out 200,000 FREE seats (taxes and charges to be paid). The Big Wizz Winter Promotion is Wizz Air’s largest promotion ever in Central and Eastern Europe and includes all the routes of the airline available in the winter period.

Wizz Air will increase its capacity by almost 30% and has added 19 new routes this winter compared to the same period last year. These include flights to brand new destinations such as Bucharest, Transylvania and Arad in Romania, Cork in Ireland and Doncaster Sheffield in the UK, alongside with some new routes between the existing destinations. All the flights for the winter period are on sale now on wizzair.com or via the Wizz Air call centre by calling +48 22 351 94 99.

Talking about the promotion, Natasa Kázmér Director of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs said: “End of summer does not mean the end of travel season. By giving away 200,000 free seats we encourage everyone to get on board and enjoy a nice week-end or a longer vacation somewhere in Europe this autumn and winter. We keep on enlarging our network, so watch out for more exciting Wizz Air destinations on wizzair.com this winter."

To benefit from the largest promotion ever, passengers must book between 29 August and 4 September and travel between 1 October 2006 and 24 March 2007.
