On 4 January 2014 (Saturday), the 122 bus route will be extended. Instead of the final stop in Wrzeszcz, buses will go in two directions along a new route from the Galeria Bałtycka (no turn towards the Wrzeszcz Railway Station), along al. Żołnierzy Wyklętych and ul. Słowackiego to the Lech Walesa Airport. Owing to the new route, the new direct connection to the airport will be available to passengers from Sopot and the northern districts of Gdańsk.

Towards the Lech Walesa Airport: Sopot Kamienny Potok SKM – al. Niepodległości – ul. Armii Krajowej – ul. Sikorskiego – ul. Podjazd – ul. Kościuszki – ul. 3 Maja – ul. Władysława IV – ul. Łokietka – Gdańsk: ‘Droga Zielona’ – al. Grunwaldzka – al. Żołnierzy Wyklętych – ul. Słowackiego – the Lech Walesa Airport.
Towards Sopot Kamienny Potok SKM (City Train): Lech Walesa Airport – ul. Słowackiego – al. Żołnierzy Wyklętych – al. Grunwaldzka – “Droga Zielona” – Sopot: ul. Łokietka – ul. Polna – ul. Bitwy pod Płowcami – ul. Na Wydmach – ul. Grunwaldzka – ul. Haffnera – al. Niepodległości – Sopot Kamienny Potok SKM (City Train).
All timetables of the 122 line will change, with the new frequency of 60 minutes.
