LOT Polish Airlines have announced 12 new international connections from Gdansk. The offer includes such attractive destinations as Croatia (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar), Rome, Greece (Thessaloniki, Kavala, Rodos, Corfu, Chania), Bulgaria (Burgas), Albania (Tirana) and Spain (Barcelona).
“It is a massive HIT of the season! There has never been anything like that in the Gdansk airport before! We have met the expectations of our passengers and have made their dreams of direct flights to Rome, Croatia or Greek islands come true. And now, together with LOT, we may offer 5 destination in Greece, 3 connections to Croatia, the more and more popular Albania and Bulgaria as well as the long-awaited Rome” - said Tomasz Kloskowski, the President of Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport.
LOT will fly to the main Rome airport and to Barcelona-El Prat from Gdansk twice a week. The flights to the other 10 European cities will take off once a week.
Also Wizz Air have announced a new connection from Gdansk. Since August 2nd, the airlines will provide a flight to Larnaca, the city on south-eastern coast of Cyprus.
