For the fourth time in succession, the manager of the year was chosen in a ranking held by ‘Dziennik Bałtycki’ daily. Managers who were considered best by the jury had been nominated and chosen by representatives of province authorities, business environment and business journalists.

According to the jury, all nominees were top-notch managers - experts who succeeded in running their businesses effectively despite the difficult market conditions. 'For dynamic development', 'for excellent results', 'for trophies on the national and regional level', 'for continuously creating new jobs and for unique sensitivity to social needs' - these reasons prevailed as members of the jury justified their decisions.
